Chef Robert Chien specializes in cooking steaks and roasting beef dishes. For the past 30 years, selecting the highest quality beef steaks and persistence in refined cooking techniques has always been his philosophy in preparing heartfelt meals. Visiting local traditional markets for new ingredients and his interest in French cuisine have also inspired Chien to develop many exciting dishes for the restaurant.
In 2015, Grand Victoria opened its second N°168 PRIME Steakhouse restaurant on the top floor of SOGO department store in East district, at the heart of Taipei City. Chien, led the new team and made the new project an instant hit in the most competitive area of the city.
