In order to enhance the competitiveness and create a brand new Italian fine dining at 5-star Grand Victoria Hotel Taipei, We are proud to present the first contemporary Italian cuisine “la FESTA” dining experience in partnership with Michelin one star restaurant “La Credenza”. Our goal is not only to create a happy festival dining environment as the meaning of “la FESTA” but also to become the trend setter in contemporary Italian dining.

Focusing on fresh and high quality ingredients and real time hand-made dishes, “la FESTA” provides daily fresh seafood and authentic Italian style PASTA. All menus are designed by Michelin chef Igor Macchia and it will be well highlighted because of its originality and its Italian background. To portray a contemporary image of the Italian cuisine, “la FESTA” provides creative ideas and gives consideration to traditional Italian cuisine foundation.
